Gaurav Malhotra

Founder & Coaching Director 

With 25 years of high-performance tennis coaching and academy management experience, Gaurav has established himself as a leading figure in the sport. He has been a main speaker at numerous coaches' conferences, sharing his expertise on a global stage. Having coached in India, Australia, Canada, and the United States, Gaurav has developed players who have won sectional and national titles across various age groups, including prestigious tournaments like the Easter Bowl, Orange Bowl, and Eddie Herr International. His impressive track record includes working with junior Grand Slam champions as well as ITF men's and women's pro circuits tittle winners. 

Gaurav is a certified USTA High Performance Coach, PTR Professional, ITF Certified Coach and Official, and holds Tennis Australia Level 2 and Tennis Canada Level 3 Elite Coach 3MM certification. Formerly the Director of High Performance at the Weymouth Club (USTA Regional Tennis Center), Gaurav also served as the Director of Coaching at Intensity Academy in Norwalk, CT, Head Coach at the DLTA Indian National Tennis Center, Group Supervisor at Saddlebrook Prep Academy/Resort, and Tennis Professional at Van Der Meer Tennis University. Over the last two decades, many of Gaurav's players have earned US college tennis scholarships, a testament to his commitment to player development and success.

Jesse Smatt

Co Director 

Smatt was a top ranked US junior and went on to played College tennis at Louisiana State University where he reached the Final Four and won an SEC championship. As a Davis Cup player for Jamaica, he secured several vital wins to help promote the team to Group 2. Smatt  has also worked with multiple Orange Bowl, Eddie Herr, and US Super National Champions, as well as NCAA Champions. 

Over the course of his coaching career, he has developed many prospects for top colleges such as Stanford, Penn State, LSU, Miami, FSU, University of Florida, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, and many more, totaling over 5 million dollars in scholarship funding and counting! Jesse has worked with WTA players Monica Puig, Sloane Stephens, and Eugenie Bouchard. He was the Director of Smatt's Tennis Academy at David Park and has extensive tennis academy experience. He is very involved in fundraising for the Eddie Smatt Tennis for Kids charitable foundation that was founded by his father. 

Oscar Borras 

Head of Skill Development & Coach

Oscar Borrás is a former national player with over 150 trophies and has held various managerial and coaching positions at prominent tennis clubs in Spain and abroad. 

Borrás is a distinguished tennis professional with over 40 years of experience. He currently is serving as a member of the Real Federación Española de Tenis (RFET) and holding certifications from various prestigious organizations including the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and the Global Professional Tennis Coach Association (GPTCA). He has been the Director and Owner of the Oscar Borrás Tennis Academy since 1997 and has served as an advisor to Rafael Nadal, most notably enhancing Nadal's serve during the 2009-2010 pre-season.

Borrás is the creator and CEO of the innovative Top 10 System, a unique coaching methodology based on 30 years of match observation that analyzes the winning strategies of top-ranked players. His expertise has benefited numerous elite athletes, including Alexander Zverev, Garbiñe Muguruza, Andrey Rublev, and  Juan Martín del Potro. 

Throughout his career, Borrás has been actively involved in organizing national tournaments, conducting clinics, and speaking at conferences across multiple countries. His contributions to the sport have been recognized with multiple awards, and he has published a book on his coaching method. Borrás continues to shape the future of tennis through his involvement in coaching, mentoring, and developing programs for aspiring players worldwide.

Rupert De Laszlo

Player Development Advisor

Rupert De Laszlo has over 30 years of coaching experience, working with some of the world’s top juniors and touring professionals on the ATP, WTA, and ITF tours. He has coached globally and at prestigious tennis academies, including Bollettieri’s, Hopman, and Seguso-Bassett (now Evert’s), where he worked with elite juniors, multiple national No. 1s, and numerous top 100 tour players. Among them is Vince Spadea, who reached a career-high ATP ranking of 18.

Rupert has also organized exhibitions and educational coaching clinics, including an event in Dubai with Stefan Edberg and Emilio Sánchez. He is a certified USPTA and PTR coach and has had the privilege of training with some of the world’s premier coaches, such as Nick Bollettieri, Robert Lansdorp, Tom Gullikson, Emilio Sánchez, José Higueras, Jim Loehr and Mervyn Rose.

Rupert is now dedicated to advising junior tournament players both on and off the court. He mentors players through specific challenges and goals in the sport, but also offers broader, strategic advice that takes into consideration the long-term aspirations of each individual player he works with, including career goals and professional development. 

Nathan Rosenfeld

Coach

Nathan was a standout junior tennis player, reaching #1 in Under 14's and making the USTA top 50 in national rankings for Under 16's. He went on to reach ITF world rank of #187 in the Under 18's. Nathan went on to earn his degree from University of West Florida studying Global Marketing with a minor in Business while competing on their men's tennis team. 

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, Nathan utilized his degree postgraduate as a Marketing Director for Prince Global Sports, LLC. From there he became the Director of LAT Tennis Academy in Boynton Beach, Florida and the Director/CEO of Dominguez Pro Tennis (High Performance Tennis Academy) in Miami, Florida. 

Nathan is now a USPTA Certified Professional and a PPTA Certified Professional, with experience coaching a variety of ages and skill levels. He has worked at numerous prestigious country clubs honing his skills coordinating lessons, clinics, tournament players, and program management. 

Cassidy Nowiski

Administrative Director

Cassidy Nowiski brings a variety of experience in facility & operational management, development, and event planning to Limitless. Cassidy has a Bachelors of Science in Recreation Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has worked in the NCAA and professional men's tennis before coming to Limitless Center of Excellence. 

While with the NCAA, Cassidy created reports and agendas of daily and season operations, coordinated match schedules and bookings, and organized donor sections for home matches & SEC events for both men's and women's tennis teams. 

After working with NCAA tennis, Cassidy began working with the Knoxville Challenger benefitting the McNabb Center. She aided in the event planning, vendor coordination & securement, on-site management, and sponsor relations. She also worked as the Assistant Tournament Director and Head of Player Relations for the level 75 Challenger tournament, overseeing daily court bookings, operations and player hospitality. 

Once joining the Limitless team, she took over the role of Administrative Director, working in office management, marketing, and player relations and retention. 

Dr. Pauline Markowicz

Education Consultant & College Admissions Advisor

Dr. Marki is a world traveler and lifelong learner, having attended universities across the world, including the University of Miami, Universistat Polytechnica de Catalunya, EAE Business School, Harvard University ,and UCLA. Born in Paris, France she brings a global perspective to her work as the CEO of Dream Education Consulting. 

Dr. Marki’s passion for college counseling began while working as a guardian ad litem, where she saw firsthand the impact that education can have on a child’s life. In 2018 Dr. Marki decided to pursue her calling full time and founded Dream Education Consulting. 

Today she uses her expertise and experience to guide students and their families through the complex admissions process, helping them achieve their dreams and reach their full potential. Dr. Marki’s commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of her work. She is dedicated to providing personalized attention and customized solutions to each client.

Brian Park

CEO of Apeak Tennis, SuperiorPerformance

Brian Park is a former professional and college tennis player, NCAA Division II champion, and sport psychology consultant. He holds a master’s degree in Applied Sport Psychology and has helped 
hundreds of athletes at every level—from juniors to ATP and WTA  professionals.
Before founding Apeak, Brian coached top juniors and guided over 
200 players to college scholarships.

Brian Park is the CEO of Apeak Tennis, a mental training app designed to enhance the mental performance of tennis players. The app is an A.I. driven science based performance system focusing on performance psychology methods. Apeak’s Mental training is led by Dr. Jim Loehr, the world renowned performance psychologist that has helped twelve tennis players become world number one. The app provides tools for Mental Training, Defining Purpose, Match Preparation, Journaling, Meditation, Goal setting and Tactical awareness. Our Players and Coaches work with the Apeak team providing weekly resources and feedback to help players reach their peak performance.
